All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDER OVER $45
For economy shipping, expect 5-8 days shipping from $2.99 to $4.99 USD depending on the order.
For standard shipping, expect 3-5 days shipping for $.7.99 USD.
WE ALSO SHIP TO CANADA FOR $20 USD SHIPPING FEE.
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support hello@thefootbuddy.com and we can assist you with the next steps.
We offer free returns for all US customers within 30 days of the date you received it.
Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.
