We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

No worries. If you got the wrong size or the shoes don't fit right, we can exchange them for the correct size. Customer must pay for the return shipment. WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE EXCHANGE SHIPPING COST. Just contact us at within 30 days with your Order #. We'll send you your correct size. 

PLEASE CHECK THE SIZE AS YOU AS YOU GET THEM and if a size exchange is needed, return them in new condition.

"We reserve the right to refuse worn shoes".

*If the shoes were a gift for a birthday or other special occasion, reach out to us and we'll work with you if they are still new, but were just waiting to be opened on the special day.

Product related questions

Our shoes are constructed with durable TPR soles and breathable cotton uppers. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 6-month warranty on all purchases. If your shoe breaks down within the first 6 months of use, we will gladly replace it with a new pair, free of charge


We offer full refund for the products (except for the shipping fees) for all US customers within 30 days of the date you received it. The customers are required to pay for the return shipment. 

Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.


We are a small family business and we try our best to keep our products affordable. 

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact us through email or send a message through Chat. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.


Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. All orders placed on weekends and Holidays will be shipped during the following business days. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.

For economy shipping, expect 5-8 days shipping.

For standard shipping, expect 3-5 days shipping. 

All local shipping, expect 3-5 days shipping. 

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.
